CAPOTO System Application
CAPOTO or ETICS ( external thermal insulation composite system), combines the use of thermal and, in some cases, acoustic insulation material with a decorative finishing coating. They are suitable for new construction and renovation and meet different energy-saving needs, while also contributing to improved interior comfort conditions. Investing in thermal insulation is one of the most effective ways to increase a home's energy efficiency.

Exterior and Interior Painting
For interior painting, the process begins with surface preparation, which includes cleaning, sanding, and repairing any cracks in the walls. After sealing floors and windows, a primer coat is applied to even out the porosity of the substrate and ensure maximum paint adhesion. Finally, three coats of finishing paint are applied, guaranteeing perfect coverage, a homogeneous color, and a long-lasting final result.
On the exterior, the intervention begins with the erection of certified scaffolding and high-pressure washing of the facades, followed by the insulation of windows and floors for complete protection of the building envelope. The rehabilitation continues with the repair of the facades, where, if necessary, a fiberglass mesh with general reinforcement is applied, culminating in the replacement of the new plaster. The cycle ends with the application of a fixing primer and coats of finishing paint, guaranteeing a thermal, waterproof, and aesthetically impeccable protective barrier.
